If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to get what you need.

Return Period

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain safety-related items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (see section below).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Items must not show any signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Helmets (all types including Integralhelme, Jethelme, Kinder Motorradhelme, Klapphelme, Motocross Helme)
  • Motorrad Protektoren (protective gear that has been removed from original packaging)
  • Motorradhandschuhe (motorcycle gloves)
  • Any items marked as „final sale“

These restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of all our customers.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your request.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color of the same item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your return request, clearly state that you would like an exchange and specify the desired size/color
  3. We will process your exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item
  4. You will be notified when your replacement item ships

Note: If the exchange item is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we will refund the difference.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse):

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by payment provider)

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

International Returns

For customers outside Germany:

  • Please clearly mark the package as „RETURNED GOODS“ to avoid customs charges
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  3. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item for quality control purposes
